I really have been off track lately. I haven't been organized and have followed the 'live now, organize later' ideology. And in typical Kelly fashion, I've taken it to the extreme and neglected the little routines and packaged life I love.
So now I'm back from vacation, dying of a heartache, but ready to take on my week and make it great. I'm new to relationship troubles and this hurts a lot worse than I could have imagined. I didn't know I had so many tears (and so much snot). But, life goes on and I will find a way to make it work... whatever that way may be. All I know is that each relationship is hard. Very hard, but there is always that one person you want to push through all the shit and be with forever. That's where I'm at. Its a partnership and slowly but surely we can get back to where we need to be. I need to believe that.
But, enough of my heartbreak, I'm on to new fitness and health adventures! Last week, a blogger friend of mine wrote about her experiences with the Crazy Sexy Diet (click here to go to her page: Eat on the Run!). I was indulging in lots of margaritas, crab cakes and more margaritas last week and decided now would be a good time to try it too! I'm still reading the book, but I am a fan of a lot of Kris Carr's philosophies: balance your food = balance your life. She emphasizes a raw food, vegan diet of varying degrees (read: you don't need to go all raw/veg at once). I also really like what she has to say about your body's pH levels... thats something I've never explored in all of my nutrition fact-finding. I'm hoping to cram in some reading (when I should be studying philosophy) and start the Crazy Sexy Diet today or tomorrow.
I'm taking this week to focus on myself and find my balance. I really think that will help us get balance back in our relationship.
